Redefining Success in my 30s

Mid-30s and Redefining Success

In your 20s, success often feels like a race: Who’s climbing the corporate ladder the fastest? Who’s buying a house first? By your 30s, you realize the race is a myth. Success is deeply personal.

For me, success looks like pursuing my passions with purpose. It’s not just about climbing the ladder; it’s about building a foundation. This year, I’ve focused on building my tax and bookkeeping firm, Earnish, while studying financial psychology. It’s a lot, but it’s meaningful.

Recent discussions in financial therapy circles about redefining wealth resonate with me. Wealth isn’t just money; it’s time, health, and relationships. I’m learning to view my mid-30s not as a deadline but as a launchpad. Whether it’s passing my EA exam or volunteering, I’m embracing success on my own terms.
