Let’s face it, true wealth isn’t just about dollars—it’s about well-being. Looking pass the finance and possessions, money itself allows for the opportunity to buy the things you truly need. Hence, when you are on the road to '“wellth“ you’ll understand that there are many components to achieving true wealth. You’ll discover that besides the actual stability money brings your wealth also includes in your health, time, purpose, and relationships. Combine all of this together and you’ll have the basic knowledge of financial wellness.
What Is Financial Wellness?
To be concise, financial wellness is how well one handles their financial life. It is a part of your holistic health and as mentioned before financial wellness is the combination of 4 categories which includes your health, time, purpose, and relationships. Well let’s say 5 categories because ou have to include your financial life as well. I came across a good article in Forbes Mag that gives a simple overview of the financial wellness categories, which helps broaden the knowledge of a phrase I am sure your heard on occasion, “Health is Wealth.”
